The Role 
  • Working as part of a small, close knit team you will work on the entire deal process, from start to completion.  
  • Taking responsibility for marketing materials produced e.g. Information Memorandum, Financial Model etc.
  • Running in depth financial analysis and point out areas of potential risk.
  • Conducting research on target sectors and businesses.  
  • Advising clients on transactions and pro active in thinking ahead to next stages of processes.  
  • Presenting your thoughts and opinions to senior management team.
Experience
  • Ideally ACA or similar relevant qualification. 
  • Prior experience and knowledge of working with M&A transactions.  
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Robust financial and analytical skill set.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multi task.
  • A clear communicator, able to articulate themselves confidently to internal team and third parties.
