The Role
- Working as part of a small, close knit team you will work on the entire deal process, from start to completion.
- Taking responsibility for marketing materials produced e.g. Information Memorandum, Financial Model etc.
- Running in depth financial analysis and point out areas of potential risk.
- Conducting research on target sectors and businesses.
- Advising clients on transactions and pro active in thinking ahead to next stages of processes.
- Presenting your thoughts and opinions to senior management team.
Experience
- Ideally ACA or similar relevant qualification.
- Prior experience and knowledge of working with M&A transactions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Robust financial and analytical skill set.
- Good organisational skills and ability to multi task.
- A clear communicator, able to articulate themselves confidently to internal team and third parties.
